Pete was a member of the United States Navy, where he served in the submarine service from 1958 through 1963.

He enjoyed restoring old collector cars and was a member of the local clubs The Minnesota Street Rod Association and The Sedan Delivery Club.


He attended Prescott School, St. Cyril's Grade School, Vocational High School and the U.S. Navy.


After his wedding he and his new wife settled in New York where they had their first two children. Their third child was born after their return to Minneapolis, MN.


Pete worked for Control Data for 27 years. He then worked for Bell Atlantic before cancer forced him to retire.


Pete was an active member of St. Cyril's for much of his life, then Holy Cross.
