Pons II de Gévaudan, Count of Gévaudan, was born circa 1002 to Pons I de Gevaudan (c969-c1017) and Théoberge de Maurienne (970-1013) and died circa 1030 of unspecified causes. Notable ancestors include Charlemagne (747-814). Ancestors are from Germany, France, Belgium.
Little is known about Pons. He became Count (or Viscount) of Gévaudan in 1016. The title passed around 1030 first, perhaps, to his great-uncle and then to the descendants of his great-aunt, so that presumedly means that he died without surviving children around 1030.
