• Yes, I believe we have the same family. Write me back. You wrote me: I found your posting when I was doing a search for the name Sjostrom. My great grandfather's name was Olof Adolf Sjostrom and he was born on February 4, 1841 in Ljustorp, Vesternorrland. I am of the understanding that he had a sister who's name I only have as Mrs. Naeslund, the wife of a parson, who lived in Arnas. Olof had two sons, August Olof Sjostrom and Victor David Sjostrom (who later became a film director and actor) who supposedly stayed with their aunt at different times during their younger years. Would you have any information on Cristina Carolina Sjostrom that would support her being the aunt?
