In 1841 in Sudbury, Hartest, were Thos Bruce (45), Sarah (35) with Sarah (15), George (15) and Susan (13). Either this Sarah is a second wife, or her age is way off, as she had been married for 26 years by that time, so could hardly have been 35 (See below).
In 1851 the family are still in Sudbury, Hartest. There were Thomas (60), Sarah (56), George (26), William (16), Sarah (12) and Sophia (10).
