Obituary
The death occurred at the Old People's Home, at Young, on Monday night last of Mr. Thomas True (74), who had only entered the Home on the previous Wednesday. Death was due to heart failure.
Mr. True was a native of Coolac, where he was married. Besides the widow, a family of six survive. He had been an inmate of the Gundagai Hospital for some time and was discharged to go to the Oold People's Home.
It is thought that the car trip from Coolac to Young proved too much for him. Arriving at the Home, he was examined by a doctor, who ordered him to bed.
The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon at which Rev. Canon McKeown officiated.
