Wilhelm I. von Württemberg was born 27 September 1781 in Lübben to Friedrich I. von Württemberg (1754-1816) and Auguste Karoline von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel (1764-1788) and died 25 June 1864 in Schloss Rosenstein of unspecified causes. He married Karoline Charlotte Auguste von Bayern (1792-1873) 8 June 1808 in Munich. He married Ekaterina Pavlovna Romanova (1788-1819) 24 January 1816 . He married Pauline von Württemberg (1800-1873) 15 April 1820 in Stuttgart.
