Sampson Richard Caddy (c1860-aft1910): appears in 1871, 1901, and 1911 census.

Fairly certain to be William's brother; they were the only Caddy boys born in Launceston about that time and surviving until the 1901 census.

In 1901 he and his wife Louisa were in St Andrew parish (and subdistrict), Plymouth, RG13/2100, ED14, folio 142, household 64.

1911 census shows him as William's brother, living with William and Sarah and Fred in London.

1871 and 1901 censuses also had a Sampson R Caddy; in 1901 on Royal Navy ship Amphion: age 31; Where born: Millbrook, Cornwall, England.
