Passport issued to wm. williams and benjamin richardson ii, oct. 8, 1807; and again to wm. williams and his family, and a john richardson on nov 7, 1807. traveling from georgia to louisiana with the family of choctaw bill was penelope's sister-in-law, wife of her brother, amos, and her children, penelope's sister, jane and her family, penelope's brother, benjamin richardson ii and his family.

Sold property in bullock co., ga to his brother, john, in 1801.

Settled along boga lusa creek, along with jacob miller, david, john and fanny mizell, and james thomas.

Some accounts show Choctaw Bill born c1761 and some c1772. The earlier date is most likely, as his first children were born c1785.
